That's what makes even less sense. The Seahawks are a for-profit company that makes TONS of money in their primary business. Why on earth would they need to get a little extra from a couple ads on their page?

No kidding! Same on Fox and NBC, though I think CBS goes a little more overboard with the ads than the other 2.

4 things, then i shut off my adblockers. simple, right?

1) stop funneling malware onto my devices via bad ads
2) stop with the loud annoying ads that start playing as soon as the page is loaded
3) stop tracking me via the cookies that your ads leave on my devices
4) compensate me for my mobile bandwidth that your ads are using up

4 simple little things, and i'll turn off my adblocker. until then, they stay firmly in place.

Point 4.. is all i need.. pay me for my cost and time... and loss of privacy.

What he said. I prefer online on the PC. I can also turn off images and javascript on the fly and avoid the rest. Tell the browser to toss everything on close, and not allow some sites by using the firewall.

Not paranoid, but just don't like being pestered for crap I don't want.
