Please recommend a paid app to increase ring volume

Samsung Galaxy SIII mini with Android 4.2. I'm using the Chime ringtone which is the loudest of the ringtone choices, and I have the volume turned up all the way. My work environment is noisy and I'm missing calls. Can somebody recommend a paid app that will allow me to increase the volume. I see several freebies in the Play Store, but I suspect that all of them have ads or other annoying features. I would prefer to pay for an app that is reliable and ad-free. I don't care about new or musical ringtones, only volume.

Are you rooted?

Or have you considered rooting?

If so you can just get a dsp like viper4android and raise the gain on the phone speaker

Thanks for your reply but I don't know what rooting is, so I am not rooted. I think I need a simpler solution.
