Hello siddaram - welcome to the forums and thanks for joining 
Your phone should have come with HTC Sync (this is the official HTC software for syncing your phone with your computer). Personally, I don't use it with my Desire HD... I have used MyPhoneExplorer before and have always found it to be pretty good.
