Hi, this is my first time posting to Phandroid, anyways, I also made the mistake of formatting my system, I am using the LG Lucid 4G from Verizon, and I am coming from this post http://androidforums.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=4420537
At this point I have started the same process but thought "might as well post to see if there is a definite solution for me." And please, seriously my phone is my life and I am 60% not capable of being happy without it...

Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated!

Go to LG's website and find your phone. They have a tool you can download that will return your phone to stock. May not work the first time, but keep trying. You May need to reboot the phone at just the right time to get it to work.

When you say reboot my phone at just the right time, do you mean during the updating process with the Support Tool?
Thanks for the motivation, I tried this once, before you recommended it, and it didn't work so I just figured that I should move onto plan B... or C or T or whatever plan it is by now.

I think there's a certain point where the LG tool tries to detect the phone, at that point you want to probably pull the battery and pop it back in for the tool to find the phone and start imaging it. I think if you look in a few of the posts in here you'll see some posts by myself and other users detailing the process.

Sometimes you need to start the support tool with the phone plugged in but not on, then when it can't find the phone hold down volume up, volume down, and then power to power the phone up in download mode. Sometimes that is the only way the tool will see or find your phone. Either way let us know if you were able to fix your phone....
