I bought a droid htc eris one month ago its working fine until now I picked it up only to find it stuck on the green thing so i tried to charge it but the dot that lets you know its charging didnt come on so i took the battery out and didnt press the end button but the dot light lit up but nothing happened with the screen idk if its complete charged cause the phone is stuck

Charge it overnight without trying to turn it on. See if that helps.
