pls help 2.2 question

so i downloaded the sync, and the froyo binary file BUT the sync is in like chinese or something...what am i doing wrong? i wanna update but i only read english haha pls help!! thanks in advance
 
Did you download from HTC website or somewhere else ? ... Everyone that I know that had done this update has not had any problem with it.. .
 
yea i downloaded it from htc/tmobile and everytime i do its in chinese...i had my friend come who is chinese and we downloaded it and now my phone is running beautifily on 2.2.1...i love it!!

HTC has several version of their website. If you have a moment, kindly copy the link you used here - if they have Chinese stuff on the English side of their web, we ought to report it to them.
