Pls help: Galaxy S9 email stopping, google stopping etc

Hello,

I know this is not an unknown problem, but I have tried fixes I have seen online to now avail, so I really appreciate any additional guidance.

On my Galaxy s9+, I suddenly started getting a "duck duck go has stopped working" message that kept popping up. I thought if I uninstalled that app and reinstalled it, maybe that would fix things. But then I noticed I was getting repeated "google has stopped working" and "email has stopped working" messages as well. I have cleared app caches, and restarted; I have done a forced restart; and have wiped the cache partition.

And yet the problem still persists.

Any advice would be very much appreciated. I really hope to not have to back up everything and do a factory reset.

rebooting the phone does not work? you can try wiping cache and data for each of the apps that have stopped working and see if that helps......if not then i think a factory reset or hard reset should fix the issue.

Google and Gmail apparently has been having issues.

I may try this until they have a fix.
