Unfortunately, if you've entered the lock code too many times improperly, the only way to unlock your phone is with the gmail password that the phone is registered to. You may be able to change the password by going to Gmail password recovery.
If none of those options work, you'll need to do a complete factory reset, which will, unfortunately, wipe all the data from your phone.
