Apps pls what must i do to learn about android apps

i am new comer here,
actually, i am interest to start learn about how to make android applications..
so..
can you give me advise..
what must i do to start?
what tools need it.. etc..

First it might be good to learn Java, as Android is built on it along with the apps. Then i don't know. I don't know much myself.
