Plug Laptop into Huawei Tablet BGO-DL09 Honor?

This is the 1st time I have trouble getting Windows 7 to recognize an Android device.

I want to install an app on the Huawei tablet running Android 6.0 for testing, usually, I just plug the Android device into my laptop and AVD would recognize it, in which case, I just run the app and it gets installed on the device.

Here in China, I build an unsigned .APK, plug the Android device in and download to it, then run the .APK locally and it gets installed, at least that how it works with OPPO and vivo.

But Huawei tablet defies all my attempts to install a 3rd party app.

QUESTION: How do I download an app to the Huawei BGO-DL09 tablet ???

FYI, I have enabled the Hauwei to accept 3rd party apps.

UPDATE:3/30/17 4:45PM
Additional information:
  • The app's compile- and buildtool-version is 24
  • The target is 22
  • The minSdk is 17
  • The app can be loaded on the vivo V3M Android phone, which uses 5.1 Lollipop
  • Windows 7 cannot even see the Huawei tablet BGO-DL09, which uses 6.0 Marshmallow, let alone install the app on it
This is a show stopper and end of the road for Huawei tablet !

Bear in mind I cannot use Google Play Store and I cannot get clients to subscribe to VPN, which is borderline illegal in China.

Because of no curated Google Play Store in China and apps are basically coming from anywhere, along with a lot of piracy and malware, I believe with some devices like the Huawei, APKs must be digitally signed otherwise they won't install, for security. So only think the only thing you can do is see about getting your apps digitally signed, or approved, or whatever.

Because of no Google here, companies like Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba and Qihoo are all operating their own app stores. Possibly you can distribute your app via one or more of those channels.

The other thing about the legality of foreign VPNs in China, from March commercial and enterprise VPN users must have a license from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). otherwise might risk serious jail time. Private expats like me, I'm sure they're OK with that.

Yeah, actually I can root it, break it and stuff it, but that's not the point.
I do take your point though and will apply for license to use VPN server with M.I.I.T., this is serious stuff in China.
I cannot distribute through these channels for reasons.
In the meantime, I'll try signing it.. which is a hassel during the devlopment and testing phase.
Thx, Mike.
