Help Plugin Sample Kills Battery

My battery is being drained by something called "Plugin sample" It shows at 36% in the battery use screen, and I can not force stop it.

Does anyone know what the Plugin sample is, do I need it, can I get rid of it?
 
Have you installed or updated any new software recently? I have found apps that will drain the battery, but the process that is actually doing it doesn't look like it belongs to anything. For example I installed grocery gadget and there was a process called suspend that was just sucking the life out of my battery. I had to go and uninstall apps one at a time until I found it.
