plz help data usb

ok sd card is in i check on mass storage ect
it instals driver
nothing shows up in my computer for removeable drive
but if i go to device and scanners it shows there i click on it shows drive E but its greyed out

i runing windows 7 64 bit
no clue why i can't figure this out why it won't read it right ect plz anyone who can help me with this

Did you mount your card? When you plug USB it will show on the top of your phone in notification bar. Drug it down and select "USB connected" and then "Mount"
