plz help me my phone doesnt play media sound

it can only play phone ring plz help me what to do

Go to the "settings" page, select "Sound" and touch the 'volume' setting. You'll see several sliders, the second one down is the 'media' volume control, slide it all the way to the right. You can then adjust the playback volume with the buttons on the left edge of the phone.

Try a factory reset.
Specially if you received some Ota update recently.
