Today i got a call from a fake person and asked my credit card number as he knew that i do net banking so as the confirmation for buying online we get a onetime password we didn't gave him the number so the he was not able to buy online
So i want to trace the persons mobile number and his location so that i can camplant the police and stop him from fooling anybody else
I WANT A FREE APPLICATION OR SOFTWARE SO THAT I CAN TRACE HIS NUMBER ON MY LAPTOP OR MOBILE

Just notify the police and let them deal with it. If he's withheld his number, there's nothing you can do.

"Withholding" a number only withholds presentation of that number to the recipient. It does not hide the number from the network (something that more than a few people engaged in criminal activity, such as harassment, have found out the hard way). The phone networks will not give that information to you (so don't waste your time asking), but they will give it to the police if they are investigating a complaint.

So as El Pres says, reporting it to the police is the only thing you can do that will make any difference.
