I got a email say "New sign~in from Android and i clicked on in & ended up folowing it threw to wher it gave me 3 options 1)RING, 2)LOCK 3)RESET! I cld be mistaken on wht #3) was..but anyways i clicked on #2) Lock* so then i had 2put a password in & then a question so if i 4got my password SO now wht im needing help wit, tht i cant find anywhere on the web is HOW CAN I TAKE THE PASSWORD OFF?? So ill b able 2start my phone & go...no password, no question, no trouble

What model is it? I have an OctoPlus biz, and can remove the password lock on virtually all Samsung an LG phones, as well as various others. My email is fastfix4phones@gmail.com, and I provide quick, easy services like these for free. I do accept grateful donations however.
