hey guys.my samsung galaxy 3 gt-i5800 suddenly turned off.when i try to turn it on its stuck on the Samsung logo..i ve tried to reset it with RUU_Hero_C_Sprint but it has to be on to connect..i dont know what to do..plz help

they have the exact same android.i couldnt find a galaxy 3 forum so i posted it here

Nope. Not even close. And no, they don't use the same rom.

Try booting into recovery mode by pressing Volume Up + Down + Home + Power. If you can enter recovery mode, you can perform a factory reset from there. If you can't, you are going to have to take it back for repair.
