Plzzz helpme!!

Somebody plz help me, for the past month or so my google play hasn't been working, it tries to load then says server error. Someone plz tell me how to fix it, the app doesn't even show up on the page with all my other apps. I miss installing apps so anybody know how to fix this problem on my Samsung Admire

Is your device rooted?

If it's not rooted and you do not have a custom recovery, then a factory reset should cure whatever is wrong. Settings, privacy, factory reset.

Before a Factory Reset, try going to settings>manage apps and find Google Play and clear the data and cache. If that doesn't work, then go the factory reset route.
