it's not available yet in my country, but some my friends plays it without any problems, because it's not available yet in my country we download it from other site like apkpure or apk mirror

According to this link, your phone does not have a gyroscope. A gyroscope is not nessecary to play, although the rest of your specs appear to be too low. Try opening it many times to see if you can get lucky, as mine tends to do a similar thing when I play.

as you said I tried few days ago to open it many time and I have been lucky to make it opens 2 times but when I would to enter my birthday it closed again. can you tell me if I played it one time it will opened normally next time. many thanks to you

I used the google login instead of the pokemon club login (I think that was it?) so I never had to enter a birthday. The game does seem somewhat unstable until all the introduction stuff is complete though. In fact, the terms and services agreement never appeared for me when i created either one of my accounts, so there may be many difficulties for you when signing up.
