Hit app tries opening . you get the Polaris office 5 banner the closes. I tried restarting the tablet. No change. Reset the app. No change. Cleared the cache. No change. Being this is default app it can not be uninstalled and reloaded.
Quick update. Polaris office 5 has been dropped when Android 5.0 came out. 4 trips to the Verizon store. Several calls to Verizon. Tablets sent in for repair twice. Last trip a Manager at the store found a note buried in a memo that Polaris office 5 has been dropped .
