Help Poor GPS since latest update (Froyo)

Just recently updated via Kies and now my GPS is shocking

Maps/Navigation takes an age to synch up, if at all

I also have Sygic Aura and NavFree which used to instantly synch but even they wait for several minutes

Anyone else?

Fixes?
