And don't click on bogus links offering free crap.

facebook.com-claimprize.link - the link you were on when you got the second problem - is the problem.

There is no prize there, that is a malware site and the popup you posted is the bait.

Facebook has a way to warn you of that site and others -

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Latest-Scam-eMails/114458841959392

You never win prizes or free phones from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or anywhere else, and it is never harmless to click the links to see what's there.

After you clear all browser data and any apps with bad mojo discovered by Addons Detector, switch to a browser that lets you add an ad blocker - that won't fix everything but will help somewhat with your safer browsing.

If you choose the Dolphin Browser, get the Ad Block here -

https://dolphin.com/lab/en

If you go with Firefox, use this one -

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/search/?q=Ad+block&appver=&platform=

And use Ad Block +.

Ditto for your wife's phone, you both have the same problem now.

Hope this helps.

I went to all apps but dont see a way to clear data other than one at a time, sorry any thoughts, also we have never clicked on these adds, I have seen them but never click them, I know nothing is free and its all scams, thanks

Wow, what a drag. Is this going to be a multi-year exclusive contract with T-Mobile, or are they going to release the phone on other carrier's networks shortly after?
Yeah, wasn't accusing you, just important that you knew, which, cool you did.

Yes - you have clear each browser's data one at a time.

And yes - you can get browser hijacking without clicking things.

And definitely don't forget Addons Detector ok.
