pop ups on device

Randomly a pop up will happen. I have deleted most apps I have downloaded. Any one have any ideas ? It is purple and pink... Trys to sell something like Obama care or Wal-Mart and I can click get it now... Or in small text I can click no thanks

This issue is not phone specific so I've moved your query there.

Sounds like a rogue app or some such has taken over some part of your device.

Have a look in the market for a virus sniffing app and run it on your device.

Thank you for the fast reply.... But I ran a test and it told me no threats were detected. Sometimes they will be a pop up telling me I am almost out of sttorage and take to me a droid webpage telling me to download an app but that to is fake. And just another pop up. Any other tips?

Go into settings, find Device Administrators.

See if anything there should not be, and if so temporarily uncheck it and then look over the installed app list for the same app.
