Help Pop ups

My son has a Nexus 7 and has had it since March (his birthday).

He is now getting pop up after pop up. The last thing he downloaded was a wallpaper and ever since he has had huge issues.

He can't even play a game without pop ups interrupting every 30 seconds or so, meaning he can't really play any games.

I have no idea what to do.

Please help!,

First of all, welcome to Android Forums DawnW!

It sounds like something he installed has a form of advertising which uses popups. Very annoying. Please read the first post on this page:

It offers a few apps which you can download and run to see what may be causing these popups. I suspect an app using AirPush but you'll have to run them to see. The good news is when the offending app is uninstalled, the popups should end.
