pop ups

I keep on having an armor antivirus ad pop up on my HTC one. It happens at random times even when I have no apps open. I have tried different pop up scanners which tell me nothing is wrong. How do I stop it?

Given you've tried pop up scanners and - presumably - AV, I think your best bets are either to uninstall / reinstall your browser (if you can do that) or, failing that to backup and try a factory reset
