Help pop3 HELP!

My new phone is running android 2.1 and I need to get my pop3 email working.

I have set all the settings the exact same as in 'mail' on my macbook pro and outlook on my windows computer. But it doesnt seem to be working??

My email is a 'myname@mydomain.co.uk'.

Any help would be great

What doesn't seem to be working?
Are you getting error messages? If so, what do they say?
Trouble setting inbound or out or both?
What client? i.e. K9, Maildroid?

In fhe default Email client on 2.1. Error message simply says 'could not connect to bryces mail' and asks to retry or check settings.

I have since installed k9 and it works perfect with same settings. . .

Try changing the "user" or "account name" to the full email address, or vice-versa. You may also want to check the port settings from the provider.
