Help Popup when opening google browser

I hope I'm not overlooking something, and I apologize if this question is already on here somewhere. I'm asking this for a friend, who has a Samsung Galaxy S4. When she opens her browser, she gets a pop up saying that her system is infected with 4 viruses, and she needs to install an app to fix this. The page that opens up is beautifulworld.pw, and it prompts her to install an app from google play. It does not say the name of the app. This happens every time she tries to open her browser, and does not know how to get rid of it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

the ads.
