Root (Port) Behold 2 1.6 ( No Twiz w/ Busybox & Rooted Kernel )

I have a problem with the warheads rom now, when I get a text, (or email) it doesn't vibrate OR make a tone like its supposed too, help?

NVM, but my contacts have been initializing for 10 hours now.
 
Warheads was replaced by Take5, as it was extremely buggy.


Take5, however, is out of date, as it was based on a pre-released leaked copy of 1.6

The OTA 1.6 has been released as an installable ROM for awhile now, microhaxo has a Non-TouchWiz version of the OTA 1.6, and bearsfan85 has a modified version of that as well.
 
was there no default calculator app in take5?

also is there a default gallery viewer. the only thing i see to view my photos is open camera app then click the view photos from there, but none that shows thumbnail views of allphotos

i know how to make odin image but cannot edit kernel because i have no knowledge at this. and i could just flash to this if you need any help.
 
Blurry Pictures on behold 2 after 1.6
Okei, well i after i got the 1.6 bh_man rom thingy, i told friends to send me a pics and after i saved them to my SD card.. They come up all blurry and small.
Every picture i get comes up all blurry.
This wasn't happening when i was on stock ROM.


Any1 know whats wrong with it or anyways i can change it so it can't be blurry??

Please help

Actually, I'm looking for an odin image of recovery from either take5 or warheads. It should be BH_MAN's Alpha Recovery. I want to try it out with the ota and some other files to see if I can't possibly get A2SD working

Ok I will try to get it. It can be the galaxy one to right because its the same
 
Not too sure on that, bearsfan85 sent me the recovery from galaxy final and it did not work. I'm hoping the one outta warheads or take5 will work better. Thanks in advance for helping.
 
Thats what I was afraid of. The one I got from bearsfan85 did the same thing, and I lost adb access. It sounds like there is more to this recovery than meets the eye. Probably a file or folder that needs to be carried over.
 
I just remembered there was a folder on the bh_man roms called bhman recovery. I'll bet that's got something to do with it. I'm at work now so I will look at that when I get home. Thanks for your help.
 
Beautiful looking Rom, installed without a hitch, and i think i likey! Thanks BH Man, now to get the backup thing installed just in case i need to switch in the future. But again this ROCKS!!!
 
I installed this rom about a month ago, and I was wondering if this has root or not? I want to use boot animation changer (or whatever) and it needs root permission.
 
I've recently installed BH_MAN's Warheads ROM and noticed only one issue I've been having and that is I cannot turn off the screen orientation feature. I don't want the screen to rotate but even though I have the feature turned off through the phones default 'Settings' (and I've also tried 3rd party ones) it still rotates when the phone goes horizontal. Is there any more information on this? Also, whats the newest ROM out there? Thanks guys. You've all been great as I've been following these forums for a while.
 
ok im learning about flashing. (already flashed one) but what does this instruction mean??

that is to set up the launcher in Warheads. If you're going to do one of the no twiz roms, you'll wanna do take5 (the release AFTER Warheads) due to the fact that it'll have less errors and fc's than the Warheads release.
 
Why is boot screen fast paced then the boot screen on the galaxy in warheads. its the same boot screen so why the difference?
