Is the news and weather app in R8 called geniewidget_port1.5.apk BH_MAN? If so I think I got it. If not let me know.

I found that the best thing to do is to back up whatever you want on your sd card, go to recovery & repartition it before flashing R11. Then flash the kernel & then do a full reset. This is working perfectly for me. I'll post again after two battery recycles.
YOU ARE RIGHT, IT IS FAST.................Thanks for everything & don't get discouraged with all of the questions & requests. You can't make everyone happy. There is no such thing as a perfect rom but this is close.
Any chance this will fix my 0 bytes free problem?

What is everyone getting for battery life? I was getting like 3 times as long on warheads :-\
EDIT: Under batt usage it's showing
86% android system
6% maps
5% standby
5% idle
I used it for about 20 mins using market and such getting all my apps reloaded, then went to bed. I reset it after charging and everything.

I also have the 0 bytes available issue. As a data point, I was previously using warheads. I first partitioned my SD card, then Odin'ed R11, then Odin'ed kernel.tar (7), then performed a factory reset (vol down, send, end, menu,menu). When I go into SD card & phone storage it shows (under Internal Phone Storage) Avaiable Space 0.00B. Doing factory resets hasn't made a difference either. Any chance A2SD is somehow misconfigured? BTW the speed is amazing, thanks BH_Man
As a follow up, I tried the Odin with and without Debug Only/PDA Format checked. No change, same 0.00B problem.

it must have something to do with using a2sd or the rom or kernel you are switching from, cause i did not have the space issue at all and i never used a2sd and i never used any no twiz flavor rom. it seems everyone with trouble switched from warheads or other no twiz. not sure how that could even effect things after a fresh flash but it must have...cause for me no problems switching form stock 1.6 with out the more updated kernels (correct me if i'm wrong but i think it has kernel3). i then flashed to kernel7 after flashing to r11 and no problems

I am having issues installing the Kernel 7! odin keeps closing up with an error
Bhman can you post a fix for no memory.I fixed it one time(dont knw how),but problem came back after system restore.I tried:wiping davik cache,flashing to kernel6,wiping data from boot loader,system resets,reflashing,wiping cache for every single app in "application settings",removing and reinstalling market.apk,formating sdcard with no results.
"Sorry there's not enough space to install this item" is the error i get.Another thing that may help you fix the problem,after i reboot and go back to market or data sync i need to sign in again,even though i already signed in before reboot.
I switched from R10 and have no mem problem

I was running R11 & kernel 6 last night fine. Saw kernel 7 posted this morning and just flashed it and now I too am having the no space issue. 
Yes, I did a factory reset after flashing the new kernel. Then did a reboot to make it shiny. Though, shiny it is not. I'm now attempting lviv73's suggestions to see if that works.

Okay, I'm officially confused as H*&l. I have a bone stock Behold II, (save Task Killer and a few other apps.) I wanted to update my phone to 1.6, however, I like the camera settings and the the vibration (Got used to that).
Now, I'm a quick study, & I know I'll probably take some flak for this but, I don't know what "ODIN" is, so I can know how to use it, or where to get it. Can someone enlighten me...Thanks in advance

You might be right,the one time i fixed the problem is when i formated my sd with ext2(i normaly dont use a2sd),did few system restores and your tip plus other things and problem went away.Then i did system restore again (to make sure problem wouldnt come back) and its back.Now it dont matter what i use ext2 or no a2sd i still get the error.

personally i think it may be doing more harm than good...i mean c'mon how is 100+mb not enough to hold all your apps? cause that was my internal memory with all apps loaded using r11. i think unless you use every app on the market there is no need for a2sd at all and i personally would like to see it COMPLETELY removed, all traces, from the rom. but again this is just my opinion and i feel i may be in the minority here...to each his own i guess.

@BH_MAN: I am having the 0.00b available problem as well with kernel7. I tried re-flashing, and multiple hard resets, but no luck.
I also noticed that Google Maps isn't installed. Does that mean we're supposed to download it fresh from the market? Either way, can't really do that with my current error.

I flashed kernel 7! how do we know if we have kernel 7? just to confirm

If the flash was completed (the dialog box in Odin would have said something like "kernel finished 1/1") and the phone rebooted you should have it. The kernel description doesn't change so you cannot tell that way.
