Good to see you up and running man,

I would say that Titanium Backup should be a good addition due to the nature of what we are doing. Backups of special data that some programs (that should offer there own but don't) would be a convenient application to have to be a one stop shop before we ODIN for updates.

Another should be a good file explorer, anyone of your choice is good.

I wouldn't include a file manager app. There are 3 main file manager apps that are widely used. Since it's so easy to download from the market, I'd stray from adding this type of app simply due to the varying preferences of file managers.

I just had a bug with R1, and its happend to me 2 times now.

I do a call and once I'm done the screen stays black (off) but the phone keeps working: I can get calls, notifications (because i hear the sound) but the screen stays off and doesn't react to any buttons, but if you press any buttons you see them light up.

Anyone else have had the same issue?

Well by that logic why add anything since each person can download what they want and won't have to load things they don't.
 
I dont understant why my root went away when i put the 1.6 Firmware? Can i just redo the steps to root on the 1.6 firmware as i did for the original ROM? or what would i need to do?

Not many has this Problem.. But, I currently am on of us that does.

Weird. I haven't seen that happen on mine.

reboot twice or use adb #su .
P/s: for anyone who want to use end button to end app, download Spare Parts from market.

Yeah that is a good point actually. I'd say just leave it up to BH_MAN to pick the ones he feels work best, since he is creating all of this.

Did you ever get to solve the Gallery problem? The only thing I do when I travel (which is all the time due to the army) is look at my daughters and wife pics to keep me happy while away. This is very important for me.

Nope... I've been using a File Manager from the Market.

While the gallery is loading contents, quickly tap All photos folder.
 
Please include Astro File Manager
It is always the first thing I have to dowload, because i install by keyboard, and all other backed up apps from it!

I did, formatted the sd card twice...n actually i couldnt get it to format with the phone; had to do it with it mounted to the computer...i dunno if thats a bug or not, but after formatting still fc'ed

While you are posting it up, I would recommend to edit down the bottom or something instruction for newbs on how to ODIN also. We are constantly getting asked on how to do it. I figure it would save us some time and leave the thread for posting about bugs.

One of these answer would be fine: Page 7 - #344, 345, or 348. :)

I didn't get su by using twice reboot, but some other guy did. Then, you should use adb to get su. Connect you BH with computer, run adb and type:
adb shell
su
P/s: BH_MAN will release the new ODIN now, so just stay tune for while :D
