Pos phone, play a mp3 please

Why cant this phone play a mp3 without studering and why cant it play a youtube video?

wont even play ringtone with out studering this is seriously a POS phone...

Have you rooted the phone? Or installed a different ROM? Some have reported similar issues when they've done that.

I've had the phone for about 1 1/2 months and haven't had any of those issues.

I rooted and added a ROM in a effort to see if i was able to get the YOUTUBE working but failed and made it so now youtube and my MP3 player isnt working....

My Intercept and my wifes play MP3's and youtube videos no problem. Ours is stock, not rooted.
