Root Possible brick

I had a newer version DINC2 with firmware build 6.01.605.05 and followed this guide:
http://androidforums.com/incredible-2-all-things-root/592064-guide-how-manually-downgrade-firmware-build-6-01-605-05-a.html

That went fine. I then went and followed this guide to root it:
http://androidforums.com/incredible-2-all-things-root/396098-how-root-gingerbread-2-3-3-a.html

That one went fine also. I then put the following ROM onto my SDCard
[ROM] Condemned CM7.2 Stable (2.3.7) V1.6 (6/19/2012) - Droid Incredible 2 Development - RootzWiki

I used the ROM Manager to try and install the new ROM, but it gave me an error when installing and now my phone will not boot past the HTC scree. I can still access HBOOT.

This is what it shows on HBOOT

HBOOT-6.13.1002

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

the good thing here is since something show's up on the screen your not too lost, please try something for me to see if we can fix this
see if you can force your phone into download mode
attach it to your PC and open a program called ODIN if you have it installed, if Odin recognizes your device you can save it.

Thank both of you for the useful ideas, but it seems that when I tried to install the CM7 ROM it didn't copy over to my SDCard correctly. I pulled the SDCard and plugged it into my PC then transferred over a new copy and then used clockwork recovery to install a .zip package. The phone is now s-off, rooted and working. Thanks again for your suggestions.
