Help Possible Brick?

Hello,
I just unlocked my bootloader and flashed CWM recovery, all went well until i flashed CyanHacker v3. I am stuck at the boot screen, I formatted the internal storage and I am completely lost..

I can access CMW recovery though

Does this mean i am bricked?

Soft bricked yeah but it's fixable.
Tell me you made a backup in cwm before flashing?
If not, does your phone have sd card?

I managed to get TWRP adb sideload working, but I can't get any roms to work....

It would be handy to know what device you're using, we'd be in a better position to help that way.

ahhh, sorry bout that.
it's a moto x xt1052, I've managed to flash the eclipse rom successfully, however I really wanted the CyanHacker rom...
Anyways, I managed to get the phone working, if however you could help me flash the CyanHacker rom I'd be very grateful

How long were you stuck at the boot screen for? It says in the thread "First boot will take very long because of ART so don´t worry!"

I was stuck at the screen for about 5 minutes, i tried both with cwm and twrp recovery. Same result, do you reckon i should wait longer? If i try to install that rom again, how do i avoid having another soft brick should the installation fail?

5 minutes is nothing for the first boot on a ROM. especially if it's switching from Dalvik to ART.

From reading that thread, anywhere between 5-10 minutes is normal.

Ok, but what can I do to avoid another soft brick? I am currently using TWRP as a recovery img

Make a nandroid backup in recovery.
That will back up your phone EXACTLY how it is right now.
If the rom won't boot, just boot into recovery and restore the backup

Ok but will the rom work 100% with my moto x? Will things like cellular data, wifi, touchscreen be of any concern? Because I am pretty worried, still a noob at this despite my decent it experience...

You'll have to read the thread for the rom to find that out mate.
Or just flash it and see.
Once you have that backup you have nothing to lose

From what I can see in the thread, the ROM works perfectly.
