Can't tell much from those pics, if the door gasket is loose it could be condensation from the cold air leaking out. If nothing else that will make the compressor run more frequently to try to maintain the temperature inside and give you higher electricity bills.
The gasket should be easily replaceable, do a search on the make/model for "door gasket" and they should come up on appliance part places and probably Amazon. They're not expensive.
The coolant/refrigerant isn't a liquid that would just drip out, it's like an AC system where it would be a gas. But these are sealed systems and they rarely will actually leak, I've never heard of anyone who had to get their fridge recharged.
