Possible site bug

Been noticing this alot lately especially when a video is posted or a video is quoted by another user. It screws up the layout of the post. Just thought I'd bring it to attention. Seen it like 5 or 6 different times.

Yes that has happened a bunch.. We fix them as we see them but haven't looked into the underlying problem. I'll recreate it and mention it to our dev when I get a chance.

dont know why but when it is a youtube vid all we do is take the word 'featured' or 'embedded' (and the numbers after it) out of the actual URL and it fixes it fwiw

Yeah, I always only post the exact URL for the vid without all the extra parameters as well.

What is annoying is the auto embed feature. Sometimes we want link to keep a thread tidy. We found away around it though by going in via the profile rather than the vid link.

Using tags and having the choice would be great but I bet not many feel like me about it
