Help Possible software glitch with one x?

Hi all,

I've tried to have a quick search too see if anyone has had the same problem as myself. Recently id notice my phone got very hot and my battery drained fast - it dosen't happen all the time but has done so more recently. I also noticed that when i go to take pictures using my camera i sometimes get a horrible green line fuzz and it wont work (see pic). sometimes i restart the phone and its fine for a while. Im just wondering if there's anything i can do to fix this or is this one the needs shipped off to HTC.


Advice would be very much appreciated.

You can try the good old factory reset, but if that doesn't sort it, then it's back to HTC.

Well I tried that late last night and thought it had fixed the issue but to my disappointment it happened again this morning. So off to HTC it shall go. Gutted I love my phone lol.

What's the easiest way to sort out getting it repaired by HTC? Emai? Phone?

I've used the online chat and phoned them in the past. Both as easy as each other. The chat is handy as you can be sure they're getting the address right.

On the two occasions I've phoned them, I got a call on the collection day from UPS so they could fill in the blanks on the address
