Possible to change function of right button?

Hey guys. When I'm on a call, I'd like to use the right button to shut down the screen (like I did with my previous phone), but the right button hangs up the call with the S3. Is there a way to disable that function on the S3? I am using Nova launcher, but don't see an option there, either. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks, Matttye, but I'm mainly concerned when I'm on bluetooth in the car.

Call Settings > Call answering/ending > The power key ends calls. Check that.
