Possible to change the virtual keyboard position on a phone to horizontal?

Not really ideal, I get it but I suppose it's possible? If so, how?

The phone would be entirely in horizontal mode.

Never used a virtual keyboard but isn't it by default horizontal?
Unless you're talking about the regular on-screen keyboard, that should turn as soon as u turn your phone horizontal if you have screen rotation on

Thing is, I'd like to swap the placement from right to bottom as you can see on this screenshot.
