Help Possible to install TWRP on rooted device with locked bootloader?

My device is Alcatel 9002X and i was unable to unlock the bootloader using ADB. But i was able to root the device using kingroot. Is it possible to install TWRP if bootloader is locked?

Never. But since you unlocked that bootloader, TWRP installation should be much easier

I couldn't unlock the bootloader. That's the point.

I'm pretty sure you can't install any custom recoveries with a locked bootloader.

Any idea why unblocking bootloader on my device do not work? If i type the command 'adb reboot-bootloader' the device goes to fastboot mode. But after that if i type 'fastboot oem unlock' nothing happens, the device stays in fastboot mode.
