Possible to move all data/apps from one asus transformer to another?

My Asus transformer is dying so I am getting a replacement. Is there a way for me to move all my data/apps from one to the other? Without me having to manually reinstall/configure everything?

I believe I saw somewhere that the marketplace apps will re-install themselves, but what about the ones from amazon market?

You can download Astro File Manager (free) and backup ALL the apps. You'd also need to copy all the files from the "SD Card" folder to make sure you get the app save data. THEN, reinstall the apps onto the new Transformer then copy the SD Card folder back over.

You still might lose some info.
