Possible to move the Dock to the top of the screen?

Hi all.
Is it possible to move the Dock to the top of the screen?
I'm using CPL for my launcher (extremely pleased btw, highly recommend it) but the feature isn't included in his launcher and I got to wondering if Google hasn't made it available anywhere -- natively or in an app (?). I appreciate any help or app suggestions. :)

None of the custom roms for my device provide a setting to move the dock to the top. I do have a GRX tuouchwiz system launcher with settings to hide the dock from the home screen and/or hide the status bar. There are a few app for mon root useds that will custom theme wth an overlay to the statusbar.

It's nothing to do with Google: anyone could write a launcher which had this feature and nothing in the OS would stop them.

However I don't myself know of a launcher that offers this. Most people find it much easier to reach things at the bottom of the screen, so as the dock is something you interact with often it makes ergonomic sense to place it there. This is the first time I've seen someone request the ability to place it at the top, and I expect that's the real reason why few, if any, launchers offer this.

I just spent a few minutes fiddling around with my launcher, ADW 2, and came up with this:

It's for illustrative purposes only.

It doesn't do exactly what you want,
@semicodin, as that's not actually the dock you're seeing up there--it's a widget. I disabled the actual dock, and enabled a panel at the top, then placed a widget in it and picked random apps just to show something.

You might--or might not--be able to achieve the look you're after by a similar combination of launcher and widgets.

For comparison, here's my normal look:

You still have the Navigation bar at bottom ( ||| □ V ) instead of the top.
