Possible to replace the battery when this ones kaput?

Just wondering if it will be or is possible to replace the 3000 mah stepped battery. I like to switch out for a fresh one about once a year or so.

I'm sure there will be replacements available. There are already screen replacements available.

What for? By the time that battery starts giving you problems might as well upgrade to a new phone.

It's possible that depending on usage, it might be getting tired after a year. All depends on the user. That said, someone had already posted a torn down G2 pic, and seems like it'll definitely be doable, especially after that much time has passed.

Apparently popping this thing open is pretty simple from what I've seen online. Just open the SIM tray and then use a small spatula to go around the seam in a clockwise fashion and it'll pop right open.

After that I'd imagine the battery is sitting in there connected with a ribbon cable.

Good to know, I guess we will have to wait and see if batteries become available.
