I'm interested is finding out if this is doable.
Android app makes a request to a server that has some updated
file. Then update the list ( and multi tiered list ) on the
android from a newly created file.
Example - Current display shows:
Apples
- Red, Green
After the request the display would display:
Fruits
- Apples
- Red, Granny Smith Green
If so, would it be by having the android install a new .xml
file from the request?
Or...
Android app loads. It checks the server to see if the current list
configuration have changed. If so, download the new configuration.
The next step..
I'm looking for a way to update data on the android ( which can use
sql ) from a server file that is not using sql, but is able to create some
other friendly file that android would accept. This could also be from a
.xml file?
