It's a live wallpaper, "overlay skin" its in the market. its the clock and calendar.

Cool, thanks! I also agree that this thread would be much shorter if people posted the name of their widgets. It would make things so much easier!

Plain and simple. I'm still leery about getting many apps or anything. Still trying to get used to it.
You can always remove them if you'd like.
Worse case...reset the phone and start over.
But a little advise, use appbrain. They keep a record and can reinstall the apps after a reset. Easier than manually doing it.
(been there...done that.)

Obviously I think it's great!
Perhaps you can make some of the other text that is not a Widget, Time etc to be slightly 'blurry' or either 'lighter / darker' just to make your text stand out slightly more.
But not much more, since the more I look at it, your affect is also created very well with the wallpaper typo being similar to your widgets etc.
I know that sounds contradictory, I would still first try the wallpaper text being slightly blurry etc.
You're welcome to send me the wallpaper and I can give it a bash for you, if you prefer.
