Post your Android Desktop

a little rough but I had my youngest grandson ( just turned 6 ) helping me. He picked the background and some of the icons and even positioned some of the text.

Balloon texts for Appbrain, games, market, WiFi , Phone.

"Dock" icons are part of the wallpaper. Girl android is for what Niteowl ? That's right.. Debbie !! And the usual transparent widgets here and there .

On to the next one LOL

ok, here is my latest complete setup (not just a dev screen to play with like I usually do)
gwcaton stole a little of my thunder with his awesome cards setup, but I wanted to post this since I worked on it for a while.
Lockscreen:
Widgetlocker
Make Your Clock
Minimalistic Text

I just might steal this idea. Are you using 'multi picture live wallpaper' to change each homescreen's wallpaper?

Well, I finally decided that I find a dock to be completely useless. So I revised my Android7 theme using ADW Launcher after reading in other posts that you can turn off the dock completely. ADW is also useful (as other launchers may also be) that you can set up- and down-swipe gestures for specific actions. For instance: without a notification bar I have the down-swipe to drop the notification window. I then have the up-swipe to open the app drawer (no icon or link required!). I'm kinda digging that.

Needless to say, the lockscreen is WidgetLocker. The widgets on the lockscreen are explained in this post: Post Your Lockscreen Screenshots.

The clock/weather/battery widget on the main homescreen is Make Your Clock Pro.
The folder popups on the last three screenshots are using Folder Organizer.

The blue tile widgets and image icons are all part of my Android7 Theme. Information on this layout can be found here: Android7 Theme.

All of this was completed on an unrooted HTC Incredible.

Yes. And thanks for posting the link to these for dave. I got them from another location, but that will work.

Dave, I took those originals and modified them - removed the black border and made space at the top for the clocks, player, calendar, etc.

I used original images, but fit to 960x540. Anyone know the dimensions of the notification bar? ?Hx540W

Using Launcher Pro+ (missing the icon resizing of go launcher ex; LP will resize widgets but not icons)
Multi-picture live wallpaper for 4 different wallpapers on 4 screens (I've only set up 2 so far); couldn't get to work with GoLauncherEX so I switched back to LP+
Stole rcubed's ideas: wallpaper and invisible icon at lower right 'A' to take me to app drawer. Just removed all dock icons then added an empty .png icon for the right-most doc icon to take me to app drawer. I was using a suit indicater (heart, club, diamond, spade in a 2x2 setup) and had the idea of creating an icon of 3 or 4 fanned out cards. the invisible icon was much easier :)
Make Your Own Clock widget: used for date and time. Time is ok but not happy with date. Can't really center text so need to find a decent asymetrical setup to work with. Still working on that one.
Weather is Beautiful Widget w/debossed skin
Circle Battery w/no circle

starts with default home screen, goes right for two home screens, then flips over to the two home screens left of the default one.

the home screen apps are as follows (right to left, up to down):
-tweetdeck... twitter client
-thinkorswim... financial markets charting and analysis
-wikidroid... wikipedia for android
-navigation... crucial
-andy-83... terrific ti-83 scientific graphing calculator emulator
-alarm

used launcher pro + icons, as well as random background i found online.

I'm trying to figure out how some of you are getting these widgets or frames or whatever these things are that look kind of like pull-down shades, what is that from?
They are Launcher Pro Plus Widgets that come ith the LP Plus paid version.
