From left to right. Kept it simple on my Motorola Cliq XT with the Motorblur's social networking widgets mainly on the left side while the more productive apps are on the right. "Control panel" screen on the very right.

What are you using for your contact shortcuts? Are the just the default people shortucts? I can't get rid of the "profile of..." or "call ... " in the naming.

And the icons I use are from Deviantart...called Devine icons Part 1 & 2. Part 2 had to be resized to work...so I resized them and threw them all in a rar file. Here they are: Devine Icons

Just curious...in being a new Android user, this may be an easy question, but how do you utilize an icon set like this on an Android device (I am guessing you need a root)? I am using the Incredible, and I am trying to learn all these little tweaks/customizations that can be used on an Android device.

I believe it is ... the pro version allows you to skin it.
Better Cut (available in the market) allows you to change icons. Just place the icons (.png's) on your sdcard (I use sdcard/icons), long press on an open space on one of your screens>>shortcut>>Better Cut>>Activity>>Select the activity you want a shortcut for>>Change Icon>>Create Icon

You're welcome, and yeah...a lot of the stuff is way above my head also...but the widget replacements and stuff are pretty easy to do
How did you get the Nexus One lock screen to not be transparent?
