How do you add those horizontal lines to the picture? I use photoshop regularly but i've never figured out how to do that. I really like the effect it adds to a photo.

Not sure how in PS, but I use several online image editors and this one:
LunaPic Online Photo Editor
will do it. Upload your image > effects > lines. Play around with your image size to get the line spacing to your liking. For a subtler effect, make a new blank image > lines > under the edit menu, add transparency > copy to clipboard > open image > Paste from clipboard > select transparency.

So, how did you actually make it look like an iPhone. Might kind of fun to play with for a couple days. I'm surrounded my iPhone junkies here at work, would be fun to play with their minds a little bit? What phone is it running on?

My new style:

LauncherPro with 5x4 homescreen layout + Froyo dock, notification bar hidden
FolderOrganizer widgets put all my most-used apps on my desktop in a non-cluttered way
In the launcher I have access to Camera, Dialer, a folder containing common stuff like contacts and messenger, and Quick Settings.

After I was done I found I only needed 3 screens :)

How did you do all that, looks amazing!

Especially interested in the icons at the top and status bar at the bottom with the four notification parts/time.

Pretty basic
1) Home++ (bottom notifications, time date)
2) Beautiful Widgets (Top Part)
3) Background I made
4) Messages, Task killer etc is used with "Better Cut", just with a transparent image icon

Where did you get that wallpaper?

Would anyone be willing to explain how one gets a new theme on their phone? I am VERY new to Android, 2 weeks to be exact. I looked at page 1 and the last page and drooled over some of the pics. The guy that has Chicago is Sick. i want Phoenix. :) Any help would be great...what apps I would have to download/buy, etc. Thanks

My "desktop" is quite simple, but I like it that way. I've changed the background to my summer one. :D There's nothing so special on the 4 other homescreens, just a few widgets here and there, and lots of icons.

Scan lines? Here's how I do it with Photoshop:

1) Make a transparent image and make it 1x2 (W x H) pixels in size.
2) Zoom in so you can see it well
3) Use the pencil tool to color in one of the pixels (black), doesn't matter which but just one
4) Go to Edit>Define Pattern
5) Name it "Scan Lines" and hit enter.

You can discard the image now if you want.

Once you've established it as a pattern, you can use it with the paint bucket tool just as you otherwise would when filling any area in with a color. Only when you use the paint bucket, you need to set the mode up on the toolbar (top left) from "Foreground" to "Pattern", then in the little drop-down next to pattern, you select the one you just defined.

I usually apply this pattern on a separate layer so I can adjust the opacity, etc.. I find that 100% makes them a bit strong.

Hope this helped! ;)
