I'm giving z launcher a try on my tablet. It's interesting I had to side load it because it's made for phones. You get a total of 3 pages, main page, widget page and app page. On the main page you can sketch out the first letter of an app your looking for and options will come up. It's pretty accurate even tho my hand writing sucks. The list of apps on there are the recently used ones and the dock can be edited but the number of icons is a limit of 4 plus the app drawer. So far it's holding my interest, don't think I'd have the patience for it on my phone tho.
