Deviant Art is a great source of icons - deviantART: where ART meets application!
Just search for keyword dock icons.

Hey Knurps, I've seen your stuff, you don't lack in anything :)

Thanks again for your comments.

This one I put together fairly quickly after loving that awesome pic posted by snorlackjack.

It looks good on the Galaxy Tab, and of course everything I need is accessible from the homescreen. The Simi Folders are color coded to match the 'stickies' and it works fine for now ... till the next one :)
