Live snowflake wallpaper free from zedge. My unlock screen (with Beautiful weather/clock widget) and widget locker.

Touch the clock to access kitchen timer. Touch the date to access calendar, touch the weather to access forecast (2nd picture)

I like the stock look of Google's devices/stock launcher - smart. Touchwiz is a bit...childish...in my opinion.

Nova Launcher Prime and Widget Locker - good developer(s) so didn't mind paying a fiver or so for both together. Works well except for the JellyBean default app bug - if I restart my phone I have to select default launcher again. Not developers' fault though - Google issued a fix in 4.1.2...

Of course, I've disabled S-Voice non-sense and use Google Voice for home click (or Google Now, I don't see why they haven't combined them).

ahh very good find bud mikey wanted stock look he said he likes stock jellybean dialer and calander i believe.

Thanks for this! I was actually being facitious since at the time I posted all that was showing in your post was the image placeholder. But I do really like your home screen! :D

I really like this guy's stuff, I will definitely be donating to him.

I'm using Go Launcher because you can make the icons a little bigger, otherwise I thought they were a little too small.

The clock was from One More Clock - Chrome Rings - free in the play store.

Thanks for this! I am a little new to launchers and a lot of the customizations. I do use Go launcher as of last week or so :)

In the link that you posted, I see his "button packs" for the icons, but not the wallpaper files, are you suppose to copy and save those from the pictures in the post itself?

EDIT: Never mind, I missed the walls! :)
