Sorry to break it to you but the phone has a locked bootloader....

But don't worry even without any roms we can still customize this phone with apps like xthemeengine you can fully theme your device like on cyanogenmod, pimp my rom (Playstore) you can add init.d support and tweaks, and gravitybox...

I use buzz launcher free from play store.. It has a community that uploads homescreens.

Note- the case I bought online covers the keys at the bottom so I used pimp my ROM and enabled the soft keys at the bottom.
